Master Sergeant Todd Tribby was born January 26 1971 in Terre Haute, IN.  He is married to Toxey S Tribby of Montgomery, AL.  They have 3 children, Hannah, age 19 currently attends Syracuse University, Madeline, age 16, is a Senior at Grand Island High School, and Connor, age 15, is a Sophomore at Grand Island High School.

Master Sergeant Tribby was raised in Columbus, GA and graduated from Jordan Vocational High School in 1989 after which he took classes at Columbus College before enlisting in the United States Navy in 1990.  MSG Tribby left the service in 1996 and reentered service in the Army in January 2006 as an Armor Crewman.  He has been stationed in Baumholder, Germany, FT Benning, GA, FT Wainwright, AK and currently serves as the Senior Military Instructor at Niagara University ROTC. 

Master Sergeant Tribby has served as a Tank Loader, Tank Gunner and Tank Commander while deployed in Iraq in 2006 with 1-35 AR and in 2008 with 1-6 IN.  He served as a Mobile Gun System Platoon Sergeant in 1-6 IN.  His last assignment was as the First Sergeant of Berserker Company 1-6 IN.

Master Sergeant Tribby’s military education includes Basic Leader, Advanced Leader, and the Senior Leader NCOES courses.  He graduated from the Master Gunner course in October 2014.  He received his BA in Education from Ashford University in 2016.

Master Sergeant Tribby’s awards include the Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal (1-OLC), Army Commendation Medal (V, 1-OLC), Army Achievement Medal (2-OLC), Navy Achievement Medal (1-GS), Army Good Conduct Medal (4-knots) Navy Good Conduct Medal (1-S), National Defense Service Medal (1-GS), Southwest Asia Service Medal (3- CS), Global War on Terror Service Medal, Non Commissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon (Numeral 3), Army Service Ribbon, Naval Sea Service Deployment Ribbon (2-S), Saudi Arabian Liberation Medal, Kuwait Liberation Medal, Combat Action Badge.
